TriArch was hired for several different master plan projects for the Cherokee Nation as they looked to expand the Hard Rock Casino resort. The master plans consisted of the following areas:

• Casino 4 addition and expansion. This would add a 5,000 game casino with a restaurant and themed concert venue while also adding a 200-room hotel.
• The District Factory-outlet shopping center. This area would be located west of the existing resort and would add a 100-store retail shopping district that specializes in name-brand outlet prices.
